I am the founder of Big Sister Hour Wellness Club, a nonprofit organization creating intentional wellness spaces for women across Northwest Indiana. What started as a vision to build community has grown into a network of wellness clubs focused on mental health, self-care, and real-life support.

Through Big Sister Hour, I curate experiences that bring women together to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and prioritize their well-being in a way that feels accessible and sustainable. Our events combine wellness education, movement, creativity, and honest conversation to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered in every season of life.

My work is rooted in community building and redefining what wellness looks like—moving away from perfection and toward balance, connection, and consistency. I believe wellness should feel realistic, not overwhelming, and that healing and growth are stronger when done together.

Big Sister Hour Wellness Club exists to create safe, supportive spaces where women can show up as they are and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves.
