I am intentional about sharing a live well lived, taking accountability for how we chose to show up in our lives with daily action and reminding my following to ask themselves how they will measure their life. Stretching myself further past my own internal limitations to reach goals I could have only dreamed up 6 months ago. One day I decided to wake up from where I felt stuck and haven't looked back since. Also raising two small boys on land we call home and growing a flower and vegetable farm in Canada.
