Hi, I’m Isabel! I am 22 years old and a student driven by curiosity, creativity, and a strong belief that small conversations can make a big difference.

I’m passionate about supporting mental well-being, especially among young people, by making it feel lighter, more open, and less intimidating. Through creating fun and relatable content, I try to turn something often seen as heavy into something that feels safe, human, and even a little bit comforting.

I care deeply about standing up for the rights of students, young people, and children, and about building spaces where people feel seen and heard.

When I’m not working on new ideas (which is most of the time), you’ll find me playing guitar just for myself or walking in nature, letting my mind wander and reset.

Everything I create comes back to one goal: making mental health, self-care, and a positive mindset feel accessible, and a little less lonely.
