I’m the Studio Manager and Marketing Director at Tone Reformer Pilates, where I lead brand strategy, content, and experiential marketing. I’m also a certified Reformer Pilates and barre instructor, deeply passionate about movement, form, and creating elevated studio experiences.

Beyond the studio, I’m the founder of my own media company, where I specialize in content creation, storytelling, and experiential campaigns. I hold a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University, with a focus on documentary filmmaking, podcasting, and multimedia production, and earned my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.

I also coach volleyball and golf, which has shaped my leadership style and deepened my appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and performance.

I’m an avid traveler and creative at heart, constantly inspired by the energy of cities like New York and the experiences I encounter around the world. I love translating those influences into curated, one-of-a-kind events that blend wellness, fashion, and culture in a way that feels both intentional and unforgettable.
