My name is Ishan Bradstock, and I’m a 16-year-old competitive track athlete approaching my 17th birthday. Last season, I ranked in the top 30 in the UK for the 400m, and I am aiming to reach the top 15 this season. I also compete in the 100m and 200m, but the 400m is my primary event.
