I’m a happy human who loves documenting miles, movement, and moments that matter.

I’m a marathon runner, a pacer, gym rat, and eager learner at heart. Community means everything to me — cheering people on, showing up together, and sharing the energy. You’ll usually find me with a run club, in a group fitness class, or booking the next group adventure.

I love sharing my journey and what I learn along the way. I’m not an expert or a coach — I just want to invite my audience to experience it with me and come along for the ride.
