I am a Nurse Manager at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, leading an exceptional team within Immediate Care Orthopedics. Every day, I have the privilege of supporting a group of highly dedicated nurses who consistently deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our patients.

My leadership philosophy is centered on creating a culture where nurses feel genuinely supported, recognized, and appreciated.
