Hii I’m Jackie and I’m the founder of YoGlow! I founded my business to build a community where everyone is welcome no matter what season of life you’re in. Sometimes you have to pause and hit the reset button and my classes are a reminder of the beauty in that. I offer yoga infused mat Pilates which incorporate breath-work, and mindfulness all throughout making sure to leave you glowing from within!
