My name is Jaedia and I am the founder of a small activewear brand called Pullse. I am also a coach at a nationwide group fitness studio called Solidcore.

I strive to foster a sense of community in everything I do from creating my brand, to coaching, to engaging with people at wellness and health related events.

In every job position I have been in, I have taken the lead in event management and found ways to create fun social events to promote community engagement in various settings.
