I’m a creator based in Hawaii. As a military family, life is always an adventure, and I love sharing our journey from island living to raising two amazing children with autism, all while balancing graduate school and a busy lifestyle.

Wellness plays a huge role in how we stay grounded and energized through it all, which is why I’m reaching out.
