Dr. Jane Grant is a pelvic health physical therapist, birth worker, wellness educator, and the founder of Charcoochie & Wine: a community-centered wellness experience redefining how women and femmes engage with health, pleasure, embodiment, and connection.

Through curated events, interactive wellness experiences, and culturally grounded conversations, Dr. Grant creates spaces that make women’s health education feel approachable, playful, empowering, and deeply human. Her work centers wellness-forward women and femmes who value intentional self-care, body literacy, community, and elevated experiences that nourish both body and spirit.
