JBLM Female Run Club is a free weekly community for active duty service members, veterans, and military spouses at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. We host welcoming meet-ups focused on movement, mental wellness, and connection whether it’s running, walking, or recovery-based sessions. Our goal is to create a safe, empowering space where women can show up for themselves, build friendships, and stay consistent in their fitness journey without pressure or competition.
