I am the Associate Director of Development Operations at Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization founded in 1991 that provides life-changing reconstructive surgeries and related medical care at no cost to children affected by birth defects, abuse, accidents, or disease. I oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and fundraising initiatives, ensuring that 100% of proceeds from our fundraising efforts directly benefit our children’s medical program. I work closely with mission-aligned brand partners to create meaningful, high-impact collaborations that connect community support with measurable impact for children and families in need.
