I am an educator, instructional coach, adjunct professor, nonprofit co-founder, and community builder who believes deeply in the power of relationships, student voice, and purposeful action.

I am the co-founder and Associate Director of Thrive To Survive, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit supporting adults in the Finger Lakes region who are navigating cancer treatment. I have helped grow a grassroots organization into a regional source of hope, connection, and direct support for individuals and families facing cancer.
Whether I am coaching teachers, teaching future educators, advising student leaders, organizing community events, or building new programs, I lead with energy, empathy, humor, and a strong belief that people are capable of incredible things when they feel connected to a purpose larger than themselves.
