Jenn is a movement educator, wellness entrepreneur, and the Founder and Lead Instructor of Self-Love Pilates Club, a community-led Pilates experience designed to make movement accessible, empowering, and rooted in self-respect.
Jenn first discovered yoga during her competitive sports years as a recovery tool, but quickly realized that movement had the power to heal far beyond the physical. What began as a way to support her body became a lifelong belief that movement is medicine which is essential for the body, mind, and soul.
She holds certifications in Yoga (RYT-200), Mat Pilates and Sculpt, Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1 and 2, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Jenn’s teaching style blends Pilates, yoga, and strength training to build mobility, resilience, and full-body strength while supporting mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Jenn founded Self-Love Pilates Club after recognizing that many fitness spaces can feel intimidating, exclusive, or overly focused on aesthetics. She created the club as a welcoming movement community where people of all levels can reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and experience the deeper benefits of movement.
Through her classes and community events, Jenn’s mission is to help people move with intention, feel strong and supported, and discover how movement can transform not only their physical health, but the way they show up in their everyday lives.
