My name is Jenn Sewell, and I am proud to serve as the Director of the Danny Dietz Memorial World Championship Cookoff. What started as a way to honor the legacy of Navy SEAL Danny Dietz has grown into one of the premier BBQ events in Texas, bringing together competitors, families, veterans, sponsors, and communities from across the country.
This event is more than a cookoff — it is about patriotism, community, giving back, and creating lasting connections.
