East coast native Jessica Gross (she/her) is an artist, actor, and activist who currently lives in Los Angeles, CA with her partner and dog. Her music project, Bashlow, focuses on themes of female empowerment, sexuality and sensuality, and gender dynamics in pop culture.
Jess runs a music showcase in LA open to artists in the queer, femme, and BIPOC communities. Proceeds have been donated towards causes such as The Trevor Project, Planned Parenthood, and RAINN. Her goal is to amplify marginalized voices while promoting worthy causes and fostering community.
Jess believes in the power of art as communication and feels passionately about the intersection of art and empowerment, which is why she is honoured to be a part of the team at The Sunflower Project.
