We are Jess and Gina, co-founders of Sōle, moms, entrepreneurs, fitness enthusiasts, Hyrox athletes and firm believers that growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. Over the years, we have learned that wellness isn't about perfection - it's about showing up for yourself, even in the middle of life's chaos. Between raising our families, building a business and navigating life's high's and lows, movement became more than exercise for us; it became a way to reconnect, build confidence and prove that moms are capable of hard things. Sōle was born through this process. Sōle will be more than a performance sock brand, it will be a community rooted in empowerment , connection and the belief that woman don't have to stay small. We can chase big goals, reinvent ourselves and create extraordinary things at any stage of life. Our hope is that Sōle inspires others to trust themselves, embrace the journey, and remember that the strongest foundation we can build is the one within ourselves.
