At Burn Pilates and Strength Training, we had a dream to merge the incredible benefits of the Pilates method with the health benefits of Strength training. Our goal is to focus each class on biomechanics through proper form and movements while challenging our minds and bodies to develop functional strength. We believe that when you challenge your physical limits you also challenge your mental limits. Training both of these helps us become strong, capable, and thriving individuals.
