I’m a postpartum doula who’s deeply passionate about holding space for moms in the raw, real, in-between moments that no one talks about. I show up for families with compassion, knowledge, and a calm, grounding presence—whether that means rocking a baby while mom showers, offering evidence-based guidance, or simply reminding her she’s not alone.

My work is about support, not fixing—because motherhood isn’t something to be perfected, it’s something to be witnessed and walked through with care.

I believe in rest, recovery, and reclaiming your voice as a new parent. And I’m here to help you do just that—with a little laughter, a lot of heart, and zero judgment.
