I’m the founder of Confidently Uncomfortable, a coaching brand and podcast focused on confidence, mindset, and self-love for high-achieving women. I host retreats, community events, and speaking engagements that bring women together in an authentic, growth-oriented environment. My audience is primarily women in their 20s–50s who are passionate about health, personal development, and creating lives they love.
