I created a docu-reality tv show that’s being released Jan 2025. I’m a personal trainer and as I step into the homes of every day lives, my 4 key pillars that I highlight to individuals/families are: the importance of:
1) sleep (sleep analytics from whoop/oura ring, 8 sleep mattress)
2) nutrition (AG1)
3) movement/training (bringing my knowledge as a trainer)
4) recovery (Hyperice, plunge, etc)
I would love to introduce people in each city I visit, more about AG1 in an educated way!
