I am writing on behalf of The Junior League of Boca Raton Public Affairs Committee. We are a
501(c)(3) organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for
meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration and training. Together,
we monitor legislation and advocate for issues of importance for our members and community.
We have helped over 150,000 women and children in South Palm Beach. We regularly donate
over 25,000 service hours and raise more than $250,000 for local charities.
SPAC has monitored legislation and advocated for issues of importance for over 40 years and
together we represent 23 leagues and over 11,000 women from across the state.
We focus on issues of Child and Women Welfare, Homeless Unaccompanied Youth, Health and
Hunger, Human Trafficking, Cyber Crimes and Guardian Ad Litem Programs.
