Hi, I'm Jokasty, the owner and baker behind Nica Bake & Co. I'm a wife, mom, and entrepreneur based in Boise, Idaho. Inspired by my Nicaraguan heritage and love of bringing people together through food, I started my bakery to create handcrafted treats that celebrate both tradition and creativity.
When I'm not baking, I'm sharing the realities of motherhood, small business ownership, and everyday life with my online community.
