Jonis Allen is a 26-year-old entrepreneur and founder of Home Team, a Nike-inspired cleaning service established in 2020. Through hard work, creativity, and consistency, he’s built a strong network of influencers who believe in and support his mission.

A lifelong athlete, Jonis discovered his passion for running after stepping away from football in 2019. His vision is to bring runners together to create real impact—using every mile to make a difference. Each charity run he hosts, focuses on addressing a specific need, whether it’s supporting disaster relief, helping families in need, or uplifting local communities.
