I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at ten years old, and it truly changed everything. Managing this disease means making nearly 300 extra decisions every day about food, insulin, exercise, and everything in between. It's relentless, but it's also made me tougher and more passionate about finding a cure. That passion is what's behind my first-ever fundraiser for Breakthrough T1D, and I could not be more excited to finally make this happen!
