Hey — I'm Josh. The brain behind the brand.
It started last summer with three words: meet me at the track. One post. No plan. People showed up, and nobody asked about pace — they came to work. That night turned into a community, and the community turned into Endurance Department: a brand built for the obsessed.
By day, I'm a chiropractor here in Minneapolis. My job is getting people out of pain and back to chasing what they're after — without making them live in my office. Endurance Department is the other half of that mission. Same belief, different form: gear for people obsessed with their craft who refuse to quit on the dream.
And every piece is designed by me. Not licensed, not outsourced — drawn, decided, and built to mean something. The skull, the IV, the four pillars: Fortitude, Stamina, Integrity, Discipline. None of it is decoration. It's the reminder that the clock is running and the work never gets easier. You just get better at facing it.
