I'm Joyce McNally, the Regional Studio Manager for BODYROK North Georgia. I oversee operations, team development, and community engagement across multiple boutique fitness studios serving the North Atlanta area. Our studios specialize in high-intensity, Pilates-inspired 45-minute group workouts and serve a highly engaged community of health-conscious members who prioritize fitness, recovery, and overall wellness.
