I was in a terrible motorcycle accident on 12/26/22. Among other injuries, I suffered a TBI. I had delayed onset post concussion syndrome which hit me in May/June 2023. I spent the next year + waking up every day thinking I was going to kill myself. This was while I tried to keep my law practice going. In 9/2024, I started rucking every day and posting an inspirational reel. They focus on mental health as that was my biggest challenge and I survived. I’m relatable and want to help others keep going and not give up. I have used AG1 for over one month and believe in the product. I am focused on Instagram but working on YouTube options and a podcast. I want to do the world’s first podcast while rucking.
