I'm Julia, a Master Certified Life & Mindset Coach and certified Pilates instructor with nine years of experience, based in Doral, FL. I'm the founder of Get Zen AF, a wellness brand I built to help ambitious women master their mindset, prioritize their wellbeing, and step into the most powerful version of themselves.
Through my coaching, my Zen HIIT Pilates classes, and my curated wellness products, I create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to rise. My work lives at the intersection of movement, mindset, and community and I'm on a mission to make wellness feel like a lifestyle, not a chore.
