She is the founder of Aliiiens, a Brand Venture Lab where she leads a team of creatives and strategists building bold, high-impact brands through innovative strategy, generative AI, and next-gen marketing solutions.

She’s also the founder of ALL EYES ON US, a community for creative women entrepreneurs, built to empower visionary founders through connection, collaboration, and curated experiences.

Previously, Julia was Director of Brand Strategy at DocGo, a Nasdaq-traded company with over 6,000 employees. Earlier, she worked at one of Europe’s top communication agencies, leading award-winning campaigns for global brands like Visa, Pepsi, and Virgin — several of which received Effie Awards for marketing effectiveness.
