I have been a coach for about four years now and have transitioned this year to head coach position!

With my new found responsibility I want to introduce our members to brands that emphasize the importance of health and wellness. I also want to build community and excitement around fitness, and acknowledge the importance of “out of studio” physical and mental wellness.
