Meet Justin Allen, an accomplished Elite Trainer based in Houston, TX, and the owner of ALL-EN SPORTS PERFORMANCE. With a deep-rooted passion for athletic development, Justin’s journey began not in the spotlight but in overcoming personal challenges. As the younger brother of Dwayne Allen, a Super Bowl LIII champion and 2011 John Mackey Award recipient, Justin knows firsthand the dedication required to excel in sports.

After retiring from college football due to injuries in 2018, Justin found his true calling in training. Driven by a desire to help others reach and maintain peak performance, he started his journey by training young athletes for free in local parks. His first notable client was none other than CeeDee Lamb of the Dallas Cowboys, marking the beginning of an inspiring career.

Today, Justin has had the privilege of training numerous elite athletes, including NBA star James Harden and Jared Vanderbilt, NFL stars Tank Dell, CJ Stroud, Tyreek Hill, Dalvin Cook, Keon Coleman, Deandre Hopkins, Matthew Golden, Jaylen Waddle, and Will Anderson Jr., as well as top college and high school athletes across the nation.

Despite growing up in challenging circumstances, including periods of homelessness, Justin's unwavering determination and hard work led him to college and the establishment of his own business. Following a difficult transition after stepping away from competitive sports, he battled through depression, ultimately emerging stronger and more focused on making a difference in others' lives.
