I’m the founder of KalsHighlands and a full-time healthcare worker, working as an X-ray technologist. Balancing a demanding career in healthcare with running our family Highland cattle farm in upstate New York keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Between caring for our Highland cows, managing farm chores, and navigating the fast-paced healthcare world, I’ve learned the value of hard work, resilience, and attention to detail. At KalsHighlands, we celebrate the charm and personality of Highland cattle while sharing our farm life with others, showing that even with a busy career and hands-on lifestyle, it’s possible to create a life full of joy, creativity, and a little Highland magic.
