I launched Women's Wellness Weekend in January of 2022, and we have since had 15 retreats and have welcomed over one hundred and fifty women into our retreat family from all across the country. Our biggest pride point is that many of our guests come back 2, 3 and even 4+ times!

We have a special focus on holistic health and healing and always offer giveaways from companies that align with our low/no-tox lifestyle and cleaner way of living. The goal is to help our guests continue to improve their lives as well as support the success of brands that are doing the good work of building healthier products and options for health-minded people.

When I dreamed up this business, I wanted to create a space to teach holistic health strategies and help busy women get away without the guilt and expensive price tag or plane ride of more exotic locations. The mental struggle women have to overcome to put themselves first is extreme, so we specialize in creating impactful weekend getaways that still get you home in time for dinner on Sunday.
