My content lives mostly on Instagram and reaches a community of women (ages 21–40) who look to me for authentic insights on wellness, energy, and finding balance in a busy life. They’re not just interested in trends — they’re invested in creating sustainable, healthy routines, and AG1 feels like a natural fit for that mission.
