Kate DiFiore, AG-ACNP is the founder of Aura Longevity & Wellness in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she specializes in helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, metabolic health, and healthy aging through personalized, evidence-based care.

With a passion for education and prevention, Kate is dedicated to helping people feel heard, empowered, and equipped to take control of their long-term health. She believes wellness is about more than treating symptoms, it’s about creating a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Kate is the founder of the Tee Off for Wellness Golf Tournament, an annual event that brings together local businesses, healthcare professionals, and the community to raise awareness for wellness while supporting meaningful local causes. Through this event, she hopes to make health and wellness more accessible, engaging, and community-centered.

When she’s not caring for patients or growing Aura, Kate enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three sons.
