Hi! I am Kate McGrath, a 19 year old student and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. I work as a student manager for the Women’s lacrosse team. Outside of school and athletics, I run a small blog, @ktsblog on instagram and tiktok, where I share motivational quotes and words I hope feel like a reminder to people—that they are worthy, loved, and doing better than they think. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of creating small moments of encouragement in someone’s day, no matter how small!
