Katherine McClam is the Accounts Payable Manager at McClam & Associates, Inc., a third-generation, family-owned heavy civil construction company in South Carolina. In addition to overseeing accounts payable and project cost controls, she supports the company’s marketing and internal communications, helping to strengthen its brand and employee culture.

Katherine is an active member of NAWIC Columbia Chapter #113, where she plays a key role in organizing and marketing the annual golf tournament—the chapter’s largest scholarship fundraiser. She also contributes at the South Atlantic Region level, focusing on sponsorship outreach and event planning for the upcoming Fall Conference in Blacksburg, VA.

Passionate about the construction industry and its people, Katherine values networking and building connections that highlight the contributions of women in construction. She combines her professional expertise with her NAWIC leadership to champion education, community, and opportunities for growth across the industry.
