Iowa State Kappa Delta
Ames, IA, USA
Before the formal recruitment process begins, the sisters of Kappa Delta come together for Work Week (often called Spirit Week). This intensive, high-energy week is dedicated to preparing the chapter house, polishing recruitment rounds, and aligning on their values. Far more than just practicing conversations and logistics, Work Week serves as a powerful bonding experience where members reconnect after the summer, strengthen their sisterhood, and channel their collective energy toward welcoming the next generation of KDs.
During Iowa State’s Fall Primary Recruitment, Kappa Delta opens its doors to potential new members (PNMs) seeking a community of genuine encouragement and leadership. Throughout the mutual selection process, the chapters showcase their personality, values, and philanthropic dedication. For KD, recruitment is an opportunity to share their authentic sisterhood, celebrate the diverse talents of their members, and invite passionate new leaders into a network of 300,000 confident women nationwide.
