I am a NICU nurse on a committee at my hospital where my one role is to retain nurses and keep them satisfied. I also work bedside. I have notice that in the nursing field a lot of nurses suffer from burn out. A way to combat burn out is to increase their satisfaction and make them feel appreciated! I am doing my best to connect with brands to that I can give back to the nurses that are constantly giving their all to everyone else but themselves!
