I represent Core Spaces, a portfolio of luxury student housing communities at major Power 4 universities, with new developments ranging from 900 to 2,000+ beds. Across properties like Hub Bloomington, Hub Ann Arbor, Hub Clemson, and more, we host high-frequency, on-site events that connect brands directly with large, highly engaged Gen Z and emerging Gen Alpha audiences.

From experiential activations like our weekly “Ann Arbor Farmers Market” pop-up to everyday future resident programming, we offer brands opportunities for in-hand product sampling, organic integration, and direct distribution in environments that feel natural to student life—driving strong visibility, trial, and lasting brand connection.

Our 2026 lease ups are located at Indiana University (Bloomington), University of Wisconsin–Madison, University of South Florida (Tampa), University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Clemson University, University of Tennessee (Knoxville), and Purdue University.
