Katrina Rojas is a Boston-native Afro-Latina poet, graphic designer, entrepreneur, and community builder whose work centers vulnerability, healing, and collective care. She is the founder of Soft Girl Soft Life (SGSL), a wellness community creating intentional experiences that empower women to prioritize self-care and thrive in their softness. Through curated retreats, journaling workshops, healing-centered gatherings, and community wellness experiences, SGSL offers a counter-narrative to burnout culture — one that honors ease, joy, emotional well-being, and connection.
In 2023, Katrina released her debut poetry collection, When She Loves, a deeply personal exploration of love, identity, spirituality, self-discovery, and the journey toward healing. Her literary work has been featured in journals such as mOthertongue, and she was highlighted in Amplify Latinx’s “Confronting Colorism” campaign, which documented diverse voices within the Black Latinx diaspora. Rooted in storytelling, reflection, and creativity, Katrina’s work invites individuals and communities to reconnect with themselves, become grounded and find healing and relrease through writing. She has facilitated workshops across Boston, working with organizations such as SidePresents, MPress Dance, Femme Flo, and more.
