I create “motherhood unplugged” content. I am a stay at home mom two for kids, six and under. I am just a Mom learning to love and nourish myself again after growing and feeding 4 kids with my own body. Self-care is so important, and having three daughters (and one son) I want to show them that filling your own cup matters. For so long, I was running on empty, taking care of everybody except for myself. That’s no way to live, and I want to be an advocate for all moms and women to choose themselves, because everybody else will benefit from you being taken care of.
