I'm all about that 80/20 life. As a 4-5 day a week weight trainer, I need to fuel my body with all the good stuff—high protein, nutrient-packed meals. But... let’s be real, I’ve got a sweet tooth that just won't quit!
So, how do I stay on track without denying myself the joys of dessert? Easy—I stick to the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time, it’s lean proteins, fresh veggies, and those high protein meals that keep me feeling strong. But that other 20%? I’m all about satisfying that sweet craving, guilt-free.
This balance means I get to indulge in delicious treats without throwing my goals out the window! So, you can still weight train and stay on track but also enjoy life (and sweets!) My content and diet aim to make eating healthy fun, realistic, and something we can all stick to long-term!
