I'm a psychology graduate student, roller derby coach, researcher, and lifelong community builder based in Southern California. When I'm not studying forensic psychology or working on research projects, you'll usually find me involved in the roller derby world, traveling to events, supporting athletes, or planning the next adventure.

My fiancé and I met through the roller derby community at RollerCon in Las Vegas, and we love sharing experiences, products, and brands that make travel, wellness, outdoor adventures, and everyday life more enjoyable. As athletes and active travelers, we're especially passionate about hydration, self-care, recovery, healthy snacks, and products that help people get the most out of their experiences.

I enjoy connecting with brands that align with authenticity, community, wellness, and adventure, and I love introducing friends, family, and fellow athletes to products I genuinely believe in.
