I’m a wellness designer, certified yoga teacher (200-HR RYT), and the owner of Neutral Moon Studio, a space created for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect to themselves through yoga and wellness events.

My work lives at the intersection of nervous system regulation, intentional movement, and building a life and brand that actually feels good to be in. I design experiences that help women come back to themselves, whether that’s through a grounding yoga session, a restorative moment in a busy season, or creating a business that feels aligned instead of overwhelming.

I offer private and group yoga sessions (hatha, yin, and restorative), corporate experiences, retreat support, and 1:1 work rooted in slowing down and reconnecting to your body. I also mentor women in wellness (yogis, sound bath practitioners, and other solo founders) who are building or redefining their brands and want to do it in a way that feels intentional, embodied, and sustainable.

I’ve spent almost 14 years as a branding photographer, capturing the stories and evolution of hundreds of women entrepreneurs. That work still informs how I see people, how I hold space, and how I guide others in expressing themselves, both visually and energetically.

Whether I’m leading a class, supporting a retreat, or helping someone shape their next chapter, my work has one thread: helping women feel safe enough to become who they know they’re meant to be.
