Kelly Stevens, Founder, Align

Kelly Stevens is a coach and community builder on a mission to help ambitious women leaders reclaim their time, energy, and focus — so they can expand their impact without burning out.

She is the founder of Align, an ecosystem supporting women leaders through coaching, curated live and virtual experiences, and its membership community, Align Society.

Previously, Kelly co-founded KIN, a growth-focused community that supported hundreds of professional women in Denver and beyond. Her deep commitment to community runs deep, as reflected by her experience serving in leadership roles at the Colorado Technology Association, the Colorado Governor’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
