We are Kate and Kendra, a married couple and busy moms of five building our little empire one post at a time. Our life is full of chaos, love, laughter, kids, pets, and real moments we love to share with our community every single day.

Our household is gluten-free due to Kendra having celiac, and we are passionate about finding safe, affordable, and delicious GF options for our family. Kate is also on a health journey, and together we share wellness, fitness, food, and self-care content that’s real and relatable.
