I am a Division I cross country and track runner at the College of Charleston with a passion for living an active, balanced lifestyle. When I’m not training or competing, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s going on walks, taking fitness classes, or surfing at the beach. I also work as a surf instructor, which lets me share my love for the ocean with others. Wellness is a big part of my lifestyle, from healthy and clean eating to surrounding myself with things that feel intentional and aesthetic. Through my content, I aim to inspire others to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
